CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services by the customer’s due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be intimated by email or phone at the earliest. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the email /phone from the customer and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
• Less than 16 days prior to the date of travel: 100% of the package cost will be considered as cancellation charges.
• 16 to 30 days prior to the date of travel: 75% of the advance payment will be considered as cancellation charges.
• 31 to 45 days prior to the date of travel:- 50% of the advance payment will be considered as cancellation charges.
• More than 45 days :- Full amount of advance payment will be refunded excluding processing fees.
